Song: Jack and Jill

My first-grader and I are enjoying this song in her morning circle right now!  We sing and play a simple clapping game.  I thought you might enjoy it too! I've been busy creating the Sing More Challenge recently and realized there are a lot of songs on the blog, but not too many added in the last couple years.  So I'm putting "more songs" in my blog plan for this year!  Come on over and join the free Sing More Challenge if you haven't yet.  It includes songs not found on the blog plus my best ideas on how to sing more with your family.  I hope to see you there!

{Traditional Mother Goose; recording by Kelly Ehrman}

Jack and Jill went up the hill

To fetch a pail of water.

Jack fell down and broke his crown,

And Jill came tumbling after.

Then up Jack got and off did trot,

As fast as he could caper,

To old dame Dob

Who patched his nob

With vinegar and brown paper.
